Returns & Refunds Policy

At PowerMob, we want every customer to feel confident when buying mobility scooter batteries from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it quickly and fairly.


1. 30-Day Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the battery must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In suitable packaging to ensure safe transport

Batteries that have been installed, charged, or used in a scooter cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Faulty or Defective Batteries

If you believe the battery is faulty, contact us immediately.

We will:

  1. Troubleshoot the issue to confirm whether it’s likely a battery fault

  2. Arrange a return or replacement where appropriate

  3. Test the battery on arrival

  • If the battery is confirmed faulty, we will replace it or refund you in full.

  • If the battery passes all performance tests, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.


3. Incorrect Item Received

If we’ve sent the wrong item (rare, but it happens), we’ll fix it fast:

  • We’ll send you the correct item

  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs

  • You won’t pay anything extra


4. Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive the item back in unused condition

Tip: Always check the battery model on your scooter or use our Battery Finder Tool before ordering.


5. Condition of Returned Items

To ensure safety during transit, all returned batteries must be:

  • Packed securely

  • Protected from movement

  • Free from damage

We cannot refund items damaged due to poor packaging during return shipping.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear depending on your bank


7. Warranty

All mobility scooter batteries come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Sulphation caused by improper charging

  • Damage from incorrect installation

  • Over-discharging or leaving the battery uncharged for long periods


8. How to Start a Return
